Jimmy’s Designs is a creative apparel and lifestyle brand offering unique, made‑to‑order products. Every item is produced using trusted print‑on‑demand partners to ensure high quality and reduce unnecessary waste.

2. How are your products made?
All items are made to order. When you place an order, it is sent to one of our print‑on‑demand suppliers, who prints, packs, and ships the product directly to you. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs without mass production.

3. How long does production take?
Production typically takes 1–4 business days, depending on the product type and supplier workload. During peak seasons (holidays, sales), production may take slightly longer.

4. When will my order arrive?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order. General estimates:
•     Domestic US orders: 4–8 business days
•     International orders: 7–21 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

5. Why did I receive my items in separate packages?
Because we work with multiple suppliers, items in the same order may be produced and shipped separately. This is normal and helps ensure faster delivery for each product.

6. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

•     The supplier fulfilling the item
